For your question on making the ...@Tryggvi Larusson
For your question on making the changes publically available, I think
I merged all of them to spice-gtk, any uncommitted stuff would be in
https://gitorious.org/~teuf/spice-gtk/teuf-spice-gtk/commits/osx
Vinagre needed one patch that wasn't merged, it can be found at
https://gitorious.org/~teuf/vinagre/vinagre-teuf/commit/23b296a40572fbc525dc24a3
334f8b80e7c696a0
And the moduleset I used for the builds is
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~teuf/spice-jhbuild/log/?h=osx

Last but not least, spice-gtk is divided in 2 parts, a glib part handling
all the low-level network interaction with a spiced VM, which sends drawing
information to a separate gtk part which handles the drawing. So maybe
reusing this glib part, but doing drawing and event handling using
cocoa/core graphics/... wouldn't be too hard. I don't know much about osx
development, so maybe this is just wishful thinking :)Christophehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17507942489639330482noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8472120078842080683.post-48450132743779991552011-10-10T11:41:26.257+02:002011-10-10T11:41:26.257+02:00@masc: I think this is a known issue in gtk-osx an...@masc: I think this is a known issue in gtk-osx and is being discussed on their mailing list, http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_name=BF13A130-7A29-4FF9-B1A4-7824036778DF%40ceridwen.us&forum_name=gtk-osx-devs might be relevant.
This means the package will need to get rebuilt...Christophehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17507942489639330482noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8472120078842080683.post-40443081843496195302011-10-10T03:07:36.179+02:002011-10-10T03:07:36.179+02:00I can confirm the libiconv error on lion.
